The Job:
The school wishes to appoint a Behaviour & Inclusion Manager on a permanent contract working 37 hours a week over 41 weeks. The pro rata salary for this role is £30,534 to £33,885 per annum (based on FTE £33,024 to £36,648 pa).
Do you feel you have the skills to effectively manage behaviour? We are looking for applicants that can build positive relationships with students to enable them to achieve their full potential. In addition, the post holder will take a lead responsibility for behaviour monitoring and deliver behaviour techniques, to all staff, to complement the professional work of all colleagues.
